The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Reducing Risk Factors for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Ukraine” (Act4Health) invites bids for the supply of electric vehicles. These vehicles are intended to strengthen the operational capacity of Primary Health Care (PHC) Centers and Advanced Continuum Care Centers (ACCCs). The vehicles must be adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users, to ensure seamless medical and social support at the community level.
Procurement of electric vehicles with specific adaptations for transporting persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users, to support the Act4Health project in Ukraine.
