Technical support for water dispute areas. Support water governance, allocation, and dispute management. Data collection and stakeholder consultation. Specific tasks include: Establishing an operational plan, validating water resources dispute areas, gathering and validating data, evaluating water resources, validating water allocation framework, strengthening capacities for assessing and solving water disputes, and communicating findings. Contractor may be a single firm or consortium. Involvement of local firms is permitted and desirable. Duration: 16 months.
