Project Overview

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of SME Training and Coaching Services. The objective is to support small and medium enterprises in partner countries in improving their sustainable business practices, competitiveness, income, and employment contribution, thereby contributing to socio-ecological economic development. The contract covers a period of 60 months. Bidders must demonstrate specific technical experience in development cooperation projects and SME training methodologies, as well as financial stability with a minimum annual turnover of 80,000 EUR.

Nachweis von mindestens 2 Referenzen in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in Afrika, Asien, Osteuropa oder Lateinamerika (min. 15.000 EUR) in den letzten 36 Monaten
Nachweis von mindestens 1 abgeschlossenem SME Business Training und Coaching Projekt unter Nutzung der SME Loop Methodik oder äquivalent
Nachweis von mindestens 4 Referenzen im Bereich SME Training und Coaching (Business Management, Finanzzugang etc.) in den letzten 36 Monaten (min. 15.000 EUR)
Nachweis eines durchschnittlichen Jahresumsatzes von mindestens 80.000 EUR in den letzten drei Jahren
Nachweis von durchschnittlich mindestens 8 Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in den letzten drei Kalenderjahren
