The European Central Bank is seeking suitable candidates for a negotiated procedure to award framework agreements for services supporting the Independent Internal Investigations Division. The scope includes legal analysis, reporting regarding potential breaches of professional duties during investigative processes, and providing advisory services on the investigative process itself. The ECB intends to award up to three ranked contracts based on best value for money (60% quality, 40% price). The contract duration is 48 months.
