Bidder Requirements

  • Vorlage von Referenzen über die Erbringung vergleichbarer Projekte und Tätigkeiten entsprechend der Angaben der EU-Bekanntmachung, einschließlich der Angabe der Adresse, des Ansprechpartners und der Telefonnummer des Ansprechpartners bei dem jeweiligen Auftraggeber der als Referenz genannten Aufträge soweit datenschutzrechtlich zulässig.
  • Der Bieter soll zum Nachweis seiner Eignung folgende Unterlagen oder vergleichbare Informationen vorlegen (Eigenerklärungen entsprechend der Vorgaben des Formblattes der Vergabestelle sind ausreichend): • unterschriebene Eigenerklärung, dass keine Ausschlussgründe nach §§ 123 und 124 GWB vorliegen
  • Erklärungen über den Gesamtumsatz des Unternehmens sowie den Umsatz der letzten 3 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahren in den genannten Leistungsbereichen und sonstige damit zusammenhängende oder ähnliche Leistungen.

Das Klinikum Werra-Meißner GmbH vergibt eine Ausschreibung für Softwarekomponenten von Veeam zur Sicherstellung der Back-Up Bereitstellung in der IT-Infrastruktur. Die Beschaffung erfolgt im Rahmen der Modernisierung der IT-Infrastruktur. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt unverzüglich nach Zuschlagserteilung.
