The tender procedure involves providing statutory inspection services for the WTGs and foundations of the Offshore Windfarms DTSB. This includes annual statutory inspections, re-certifications, load tests of cranes, and repairs in accordance with German legislation and manufacturers' requirements. The contractor must ensure their personnel are sufficiently trained, experienced, and competent. Proof of technician competency must be provided upfront. Findings and repairs must be reported into the Employer's ERP system. Service and maintenance tasks will be performed as per Employer's and OEM documentation. Support for certifier/accredited companies for ZÜS recertification inspections is also required, although the provision of these inspections is not part of this tender procedure.
