Tender Notice

The regional project 'Implementing Regional and National Adaptation Priorities in Central and West Africa (PACO)' is financed by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and implemented by GIZ. The project seeks technical expert support to strengthen climate resilience and adaptive capacities in Benin, Republic of Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal. Key activities include the implementation of the Adaptation Benefits Mechanism (ABM) in collaboration with the African Development Bank (AfDB), the development of bankable climate adaptation projects with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), and the establishment of Reverse Linkages and Centres of Excellence to foster South-South knowledge transfer. The contractor will provide advisory services, technical assistance, and conduct socio-economic and environmental analyses to support climate-resilient development.
