Tender Notice

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH seeks expert support for energy efficiency and renewable energy in public buildings in Colombia. The project aims to facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy by providing policy advice, implementing pilot projects, and fostering knowledge exchange. Key work packages include developing financial mechanisms, strengthening digital energy management platforms, and providing technical advisory for local energy transition. The contractor is responsible for mobilizing qualified experts, ensuring gender equality, and managing quality assurance throughout the project duration from November 2026 to January 2028.
