The European Patent Organisation (EPO) is seeking specialized support services for its information security systems. The scope includes consultancy, implementation, and operational IT security services to support ongoing projects and the Strategic Plan 2028. Key service areas cover security analysis and audit, software security, privacy and system quality, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and operational IT security support. The contract is structured as a framework agreement with a duration of 3 years. Work may be performed at the contractor's premises within EPC member states or on-site at EPO locations in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, or Luxembourg.
