EIT RawMaterials GmbH is seeking an event management agency to establish a framework contract for the EIT Higher Education Institutions Initiative. The scope includes the planning, organization, delivery, and follow-up of in-person, hybrid, and online events until the end of 2028. The agency must demonstrate experience in event management for EU institutions, international organizations, and the innovation/technology sector. The contract is awarded based on quality (concept outline and team expertise) and price.
