Framework agreement for software security services. Lot 1 focuses on security audits. Services include technical assessment of open-source software and safeguarding development and supply chain processes. The framework agreement has a maximum contract term of four years and can be extended up to three times for one year each. Bidders must provide at least three references for comparable services since January 1, 2023. A minimum average annual turnover of EUR 500,000.00 (net) from the 'Security Audits' business area is required. Business liability insurance with a financial loss coverage of at least EUR 1.0 million is also required. The procurement is intended for SMEs.
