The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking the procurement of complete electric patrol vessels and electric propulsion systems for use in Grenada. The project is divided into four lots, covering the supply of electric coast guard vessels, electric propulsion systems for 24 ft and 20 ft fishing vessel hulls, and an option for an additional vessel. The scope includes the provision of vessels/hulls, mission equipment, high-voltage marine-grade batteries, control systems, shipping (freight and insurance), commissioning, installation, and training. Bidders must demonstrate financial stability with a net annual turnover of over 500,000 EUR in the relevant field and provide evidence of at least two reference projects in the last three years.

Bidder Requirements
- Net annual turnover of more than 500.000 EUR in the field of supply of boats and propulsion systems
- Experience in the supply of electric vessels or electric propulsion systems with at least two reference projects in the last three years
- Self-declaration on exclusion grounds and eligibility
- Self-declaration EU-Russia-Sanctions
