The Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU) is seeking the supply and installation of a Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) system. The scope of work includes the delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of the system in a fully operational state, as well as its maintenance for a period of 12 months. The procurement is conducted as an open procedure under VgV regulations. The evaluation of tenders is based solely on the lowest tender price. Interested parties must provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance and relevant reference projects.

Eignung

Anforderungen an den Bieter

  • Absence of Grounds for Exclusion pursuant to Sections 123, 124 GWB
  • Professional indemnity insurance with at least EUR 1,000,000.00 coverage for personal injury, property damage, and financial loss
  • Fluent English language skills for project manager and staff in direct contact with the Contracting Authority
  • Submission of at least one and at most three suitable reference projects completed between 2023-01-01 and 2025-12-31
