The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is seeking a contractor for the maintenance, infrastructure, development, and application support of the ECCAIRS 2 platform. This system supports aviation safety occurrence reporting in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 and ICAO Annex 13 standards. The project requires continuous technical support to ensure operational continuity, performance stability, infrastructure updates, and feature expansion, including internationalization adaptations. The contract is a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months.
