The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of standardized business training services for farmers. The project aims to empower smallholder farms by improving their business skills through professional training sessions. The scope includes facilitation and execution of 'Training of the Trainer' (ToT) sessions, monitoring of trainers, post-training support, and quality assessment of training materials. The contract is open to freelancers, startups, and SMEs.
