The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking professional construction project management support services. The scope includes project management, supervision of construction, renovation, and maintenance works, as well as support for tendering procedures for the ECB's main building and additional office buildings in Frankfurt. The project requires proficiency in both German (for local statutory and technical documentation) and English (for internal reporting and decision-making). The contract is structured as a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months.
