Support for employment promotion structures and improvement of employment support services in Benin to enhance MSME competitiveness and labour market intermediation.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is seeking support for employment promotion structures in Benin under the project 'Employment-oriented promotion of the competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises' (ProPME 2). The assignment focuses on Output 3, which aims to improve the conditions for the placement of qualified workers in MSMEs. Key activities include producing occupational and labour market profiles, conducting field surveys, and strengthening the capacities of institutional actors such as DPE, AnpE, CLIDE, and ULPE. The project aims to improve labour market governance, intermediation, and information systems to foster better matching between labour supply and demand in selected sectors and regions.

The contractor will support the implementation of Output 3 of the project 'ProPME 2' in Benin, focusing on strengthening employment governance and labour market intermediation systems at macro, meso and local level through market analysis and capacity building.
