Anforderungen an den Bieter

• Current extract from the professional or commercial register / company register / partnership register or, in the case of foreign companies, comparable information (not older than 3 months from the date of submission of the application for participation)
• Self-declaration on EU sanctions compliance
• Company organisation and profile
• Minimum annual turnover: EUR 4,000,000 for each of the last three financial years, derived from comparable offshore service activities
• Business liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,500,000 per claim for property damage, personal injury and consequential loss
• Hull & Machinery insurance up to full vessel value and by P&I insurance or equivalent with a minimum cover of EUR 25,000,000
• Proof of workers’ compensation or employer’s liability insurance
• At least two (2) relevant reference projects completed within the last five (5) years, demonstrating experience in offshore rock placement or comparable marine construction works
• Compliance with the contracting authority’s HSE requirements
