Anforderungen an den Bieter

• A1.1 Provision of excerpt from the trade register or a register which is similar if applicable (entities which do not have to be registered are not required to provide an excerpt). Company needs to be registered in a country that is member of the European union.
• A1.2 Provision of a company presentation including ownership structure, scope of services, manning level (separated in blue- / white-collar employees)
• A1.3 Provision of the signed declaration about the non-fulfilment of competition exclusion reasons in order to §§ 123 (1) and (4), 124 of the Act against Restraints on Competition (GWB) - a template was made available to the bidders
• A1.4 Provision of the signed declaration for EU sanctions against Russia - a template was made available to the bidders
• A1.5 Provision of the signed declaration on the Code of conduct - a template was made available to the bidders
• A1.6 Is there any history of regulatory proceedings or project failures? a) Please mention the regulatory proceedings, if applicable. b) Are there any project failures? Please mention them with details regarding the possible reason in an annex, if applicable.
• A2.1 Provision of the filled-out KYC questionnaire - a template was made available to the bidders
• A2.2 Provision of the filled-out / signed beneficial owner form - a template was made available to the bidders
• A3.1.1 Company accreditation: A valid certification is required according to: DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality management systems - Requirements or equivalent
• A3.1.2 Company accreditation: A valid certification is required according to: DIN EN ISO 14001 Environmental management systems - Requirements with guidance for use or equivalent
• A3.1.3 Company accreditation: A valid certification is required according to: DIN ISO 45001 DIN ISO 45001 - 2023-06 Occupational health and safety management systems - Requirements with guidance for use or equivalent
• A3.1.4 Information Security Certification: valid certification appropriate to the scope is required. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 [Information Security, Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection - Information Security Management Systems - Requirements] or comparable information security certification.
• A3.2.1 At least one reference of operational battery storage or battery storage under construction in EU or UK with 30MW+ as EPC-Contractor or comparable projects as EPC-Contractor in the energy sector
• A3.2.2 At least one reference of contract conclusion of battery storage in Germany with 10MW+ as EPC-Contractor or a converter-based energy project that is subject to comparable permitting requirements in Germany.
• A3.2.3 Contractor is either the manufacturer or should have an existing framework agreement with suppliers of main components (Lithium Ion or Natrium Ion Battery and Inverter) or comparable agreements with sufficient production or supplier capacities. Annual production or supplier capacities exceed the procurement volume in terms of power (Inverter) or energy (Battery) by factor 3.
