EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG seeks a service provider for Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) for its offshore wind farms in the North Sea. The scope includes the provision of rescue helicopters, professional aviation and medical crews, and offshore paramedics. The services cover the operation of the Hohe See, Albatros, and He Dreiht wind farms, as well as potential future construction and operational phases. The contract duration is 60 months, starting February 2027, with an option for three one-year extensions. Evaluation criteria include contract conditions (15%), rescue and flight concept (35%), and price (50%).
