Framework contract for maintenance, infrastructure, development, and technical support of the ECCAIRS 2 aviation safety reporting platform for EASA.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is seeking a new framework contract for the maintenance, infrastructure, development, and application support of the ECCAIRS 2 platform. This system supports aviation safety occurrence reporting for European authorities and international partners in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 and ICAO Annex 13 standards. The contract covers continuous technical support, performance stability, infrastructure updates, and feature expansion to ensure operational continuity beyond the current framework's expiration in 2027. The contract is planned for 48 months with renewal options.
