The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), in cooperation with EIOPA and AMLA, is seeking legal services divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers legal advice and support in German and EU law, while Lot 2 focuses on tax law and fiscal matters. The contract is structured as a framework agreement with an initial duration of 12 months, renewable up to 3 times, for a total potential duration of 48 months. The total estimated value for both lots is 800,000 EUR.
The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and the Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) are planning to procure Legal Services, in the area of German and EU law (Lot 1) as well as Tax law and fiscal matters (Lot 2).
