TenneT TSO GmbH is seeking a provider for the implementation, extension, and provision of a central Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC) system with integrated Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) functionality. The project aims to replace the existing central PDC at TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) with a new system capable of supporting PDC functionality, data storage, offline WAMS applications, trend monitoring, and data exchange with external PDCs. The scope includes the provision of a central PDC to aggregate data from at least 400 PMUs, a C37.118-2 client with WAMS applications, long-term data storage, and additional systems for testing and training. All solutions must comply with TenneT's strict Operational Technology (OT) and IT security requirements, as the company is certified according to ISO 27001.
