The European Central Bank (ECB) is conducting an open tender for the provision of mobile communication services. The scope includes the supply and management of physical and digital SIM cards (eSIM), global mobile voice, SMS, and data services, as well as in-house mobile coverage solutions. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 for the ECB and Lot 2 for EIOPA and AMLA. Services include 24/7 support, usage reporting, telecommunication expense management, and migration services. The procedure is conducted via the ECB's SAP Ariba electronic tendering system.
