The objective is to increase public and media attention to EU policy developments and strategic discussions. The scope includes organizing press conferences, seminars, workshops, round-table discussions, and public events. Contractors are responsible for creative, advisory, logistical, and technical implementation, including social media promotion, photo/video recording, and production of promotional materials. The contract is divided into three lots covering Berlin, Bonn, and Munich, with a total estimated value of 7.85 million EUR.
