Besondere Bedingungen

• The contracting authority reserves the right to check the submitted information and declarations regarding suitability. For this purpose, it will request the bidder to provide corresponding certificates (e.g. from the Chamber of Crafts, Chamber of Industry and Commerce, tax office, health insurance fund). Copies of the requested certificates are permitted. This also applies if the original bears the note 'Only in original or as a certified copy'. Prequalified companies can provide the name and identification number under which they are registered with a prequalification body instead of the required documents and information. Market participation of less than 3 years is permissible if suitability can be proven in a comparable manner.
