- Experience of proposed employees for this work with modular quantum software stacks, compiler and runtime systems, and tightly coupled quantum-HPC integration in environments comparable to MQSS.
- Self-declaration (according to the following requirements) of a sufficient level of experience demonstrated by 2 reference projects, as well as the participation in larger open source community efforts committed to standardized interfaces and community shared components.
- Self-declaration of the total yearly turnover of the economic operator, based on the last three fiscal years.
