Tender Notice

The GIZ Global Program (GP) BACKUP Health seeks to support health system strengthening through a specialized leadership program. This tender calls for a contractor to lead the coordination, adaptive design, management, and implementation of a tailored leadership program (L4HSS). The program aims to strengthen leadership competencies, develop collective vision, foster collaboration, establish collective action initiatives, provide tools and techniques, facilitate peer-to-peer exchange, co-create innovative solutions, and offer coaching support. The contractor will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, leveraging the L4UHC framework. Key outcomes include enhanced leadership competencies, a collective vision, established collaboration, creation of nine design options for ATM integration leading to six strategic, legislative, or planning documents, improved tools and techniques, successful peer-to-peer exchanges, co-created innovative solutions, and demonstrated results. The service package will comprise six major work packages: Preparation, Didactic Adaptation, Implementation, Event Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting, and Communication. The contractor must align with GIZ's General Terms and Conditions, including data protection, information security, safeguards, gender equality, environmental protection, conflict sensitivity, and human rights.
