EIT RawMaterials GmbH is seeking an event management agency to establish a framework contract for the EIT Higher Education Institutions Initiative. The scope includes planning, organization, delivery, and follow-up of in-person, hybrid, and online events until December 31, 2028. The agency must demonstrate expertise in the innovation and technology sector and experience with EU institutions or similar large-scale organizations. The award criteria focus on the concept outline for an in-person community event (50%), the quality and expertise of the project team (20%), and the total price (30%).
Event Management Services in the framework of the EIT Higher Education Institutions Initiative. The contractor will support the planning, organization, delivery, and follow-up of events until the end of 2028.
Anforderungen an den Bieter
- Registration with commercial register
- Minimum annual turnover of EUR 1,000,000 (net) over the last three financial years
- Business liability insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 500,000 per claim
- Proven experience with event management for EU institutions or international organizations
- Proven experience in the innovation and technology sector
- Proven experience with in-person, hybrid, and online events
